    SY205205 is a low-capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) designed to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for data interfaces. With typical capacitance of 25pF, SY205205 is designed to protect against over-voltage and over-current transient events. It complies with IEC61000-4-2 (ESD) (±30kV air, ±30kV contact discharge), IEC61000-4-5 (surge) (16A, 8/20μs).

    Each SY205205 device can protect one data line.
