Typical Application


SY20666 is a high efficiency synchronous buck regulator which integrates a power IC and an inductor into a compact 5x5x2 mm QFN package. The device operates over a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 18V and is capable of delivering 5A continuous, 6A peak output current. The output voltage is 0.6V to 5.5V adjustable with external feedback resistor divider, or 0.68V to 1.95V programmable through I2C interface with 10mV/step.

SY20666 features adjustable soft-start time, enable control and power good indicator for system sequence control. The device also provides cycle-by-cycle current limit, short circuit protection and thermal shutdown protection for reliable operation.
