The SA47342 is a low voltage PMIC (VIN=2.8V - 5.5V) with 3 switching buck regulators (3A/3A/2.5A) and 2 LDOs (450mA/450mA). The output of buck regulators and LDOs have 10mV & 50mV respectively MTP programming option. These programming options are designed to enable the customers to trim the setting on their system. An I2C communication interface and Enable pin control the powering up the device.
All the step-down DC to DC converters support both 2.25MHz and 4.5MHz switching frequency. Spread Spectrum range is up to 16% with 0.5% step to further optimize the EMI performance.
The SA47342 is available in a QFN3.5×4-26 package.
