The SA89550 is a high precision, micro power, low temperature drift shunt voltage reference.
The utilization of package level trim technology enables the achievement of better than ±0.1% initial accuracy at 25°C. The device does not require an output capacitor to be stable but tolerates capacitive loads. The SA89550 supports wide operating current range from IRMIN to 15mA.
The SA89550 is available in a SOT-23 package and capable of operating within a temperature range of -40 to 125°C. All versions of the SA89550 is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified.
