The SQ51102 is a digital power supply controller. Multiple integrated peripherals can improve performance for isolated DC-DC and AC-DC converters.
The SQ51102 controller contains high speed configurable hardware loop peripherals to support high switching frequency converters. These main core peripherals are 3x high speed Front End (Error ADC, 11-bit DAC), 3x digital PID-based compensator (2-pole/2-zero), 7x high speed comparator for protect.
SQ51102 is based on a 62.5MHz, 32-bit ARM® Cortex-M4F microcontroller. The device also contains a 12-bit, 1Msps general-purpose ADC with up to 7 channels, an internal low drift amplifier, 4x 32-bit Timers, UART, and PMBus communications ports. Thus, SQ51102 can configure peripherals, manage communications and perform real-time monitoring.
