The SQ52132 is a 100 V/V fixed gain, high accuracy, high bandwidth, and wide common-mode range current-sense amplifier with voltage-output. The SQ52132 can operate over a wide common-mode voltage range from –4V to 80V, which is independent of the supply voltage. The high common-mode voltage allows the device to be used in high-side current-sense applications, while the negative common-mode voltage enables the device to be used in low-side current-sense applications even below ground.

The SQ52132 has low offset voltage (maximum ±65μV), small gain error (maximum ±0.2%) and high DC CMRR (minimum 126dB). These features allow the device to achieve high accuracy current measurements. Moreover, with a high bandwidth of 1MHz and an AC CMRR of 80dB (typical at 50kHz), the SQ52132 can be used in high-speed applications.

The supply voltage range of the SQ52132 is 2.7V to 5.5V, and the device draws 1.3mA quiescent current. This device is provided in an SOT23-5 package and is specified over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
