The SQ76002C belong to the same series of high efficiency 2.2MHz synchronous step down DC/DC converter module, which have capability of delivering up to 2A output current. That can operate over a wide input voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V. SQ76002C integrate main switch, synchronous switch and inductor inside to minimize the conduction loss.

This device series are in a space saving, low profile MDFN1.9×1.75-6 package. Only input capacitors, output capacitor and FB resistor divider are needed to complete the design.
