The SQ76825D belong to the same series of high efficiency 1.5MHz synchronous step-down DC/DC converter modules, which have the capability of delivering up to 6A output current. They can operate over a wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V and integrate main and synchronous MOSFETs with very low RDS(ON) to minimize conduction loss. The output voltage can be programmed from 0.6V to 1.5V through I2C interface.
The modules are available in a 3mm x 4mm package with a height of 1.68mm.
