The SQ82806B is a 16-bit, 8-channel, bipolar input, simultaneous sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC). It provides a sample rate of up to 200kSPS for all channels.
The SQ82806B operates from a single 5V supply and can be configured for either ±10V or ±5V true bipolar input ranges. It also offers flexible parallel and serial interfaces for data acquisition. The input clamp protection tolerates voltages up to ±20V.
The input impedance of the SQ82806B is 1MΩ, allowing for direct connection to sensors or transformers. The SQ82806B also features a programmable gain amplifier (PGA), a low-pass filter, and a 16-bit successive approximation register (SAR) for each channel. It also features a low drift 2.5V precision reference and a voltage reference buffer.
The SQ82806B supports an oversampling capability with a ratio of up to 64 for improved AC performance. The typical SNR reaches 95.7dB when the oversampling ratio is 16, and the input is configured for the ±10V range.
The high DC accuracy of the SQ82806B makes it suitable for precision industrial applications. The typical total unadjusted error (TUE) is ±1.8 LSB.
The SQ82806B can operate within a temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. It is available in an LQFP-64 package.
