The SY20112L is a high efficiency 1.2MHz synchronous step down DC/DC regulator, which is capable of delivering up to 3A output currents. It can operate over a wide input voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V and integrate main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS (ON) to minimize the conduction loss.
The SY20112L integrates the reliable latch-off function when output over voltage, output under voltage or thermal shutdown happens.
The SY20112L is in a space saving, low profile SOT563 package.
