SY20217C is a high efficiency Buck converter with low power mode and output voltage select function. The output voltage can be changed by the VID0, VID1, and LP pins with dedicated setting slew rate. It therefore supports dynamic voltage scaling function target.
The SY20217C operates over a wide input voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V. It is available in a QFN3×3-16 package.
