SY20277 is a high efficiency 1.5MHz synchronous step down DC/DC regulator capable of delivering up to 12A output currents. It can operate over a wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V and integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS (ON) to minimize the conduction loss. The output voltage can be programmed from 0.6V to 1.5V through I2C interface.
SY20277 is in a space saving, low profile QFN3x3-12 package.
