SY205213DXD is an ultra-low capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) designed to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for high-speed data interfaces. With a typical capacitance of 0.17pF, SY205213DXD is designed to protect against over-voltage and over-current transient events. It complies with IEC61000-4-2 (ESD) (±15kV air, ±15kV contact discharge), and IEC61000-4-5 (surge) (6A, 8/20μs).

The combined features of low capacitance, small size, and high ESD robustness make SY205213DXD ideal for high-speed data ports and high-frequency lines (e.g., USB3.x and thunderbolt) applications. The low clamping voltage of the SY205213DXD guarantees minimum stress on the protected IC.
