The SY205223DXD is an ultra-low capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) designed to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for high-speed data interfaces.
With a typical capacitance of 0.5pF, the device is designed to protect parasitic-sensitive systems against over-voltage and over-current transient events. It complies with IEC61000-4-2 (ESD) (±30kV air, ±30kV contact discharge), IEC61000-4-5 (Surge) (4.5A, 8/20μs), etc.
Each SY205223DXD device can protect one data line. It is available in a compact DFN0.6×0.3-2 package.
