SY205258DWD is a bi-directional, ultra-low capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) designed to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for high-speed data interfaces. With a typical capacitance of 0.45pF, SY205258DWD is designed to protect against over-voltage and over-current transient events. It complies with IEC61000-4-2 (ESD) (±30kV air, ±30kV contact discharge), IEC61000-4-5 (surge) (15A, 8/20μs).
