    The SY205255TLD is a p-type EMI filter array device with integrated electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. The SY205255TLD has a cut-off frequency attenuation of -3dB at 250MHz, and is ideal for applications with high data rates up to 167Mbps.

    SY205255TLD ensures better than -20dB (typical) attenuation over frequencies above 800 MHz. The device achieves high rejection at critical frequencies, e.g., -20dB at 800MHz and -35dB at 2GHz (typical), respectively.

    SY205255TLD ensures EMI filtering and ESD protection simultaneously for high-speed data ports and control lines, such as LCD display and camera interfaces in mobile handsets.

    The integrated ESD protection diodes provide ESD protection of ±15kV (contact) under IEC 61000-4-2.
