SY205267SMD is a low-capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) designed to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for high-speed data interfaces. With typical capacitance of 2.0pF, SY205267SMD is designed to protect parasitic-sensitive systems against over-voltage and over-current transient events. It complies with IEC61000-4-2 (ESD) (±30kV air, ±30kV contact discharge), IEC61000-4-5 (Surge) (10A, 8/20μs), etc.
Each SY205267SMD device can protect two data lines. The combined features of low capacitance, small size and high ESD robustness make SY205267SMD ideal for high-speed data ports and high-frequency lines applications. The low clamping voltage of the SY205267SMD guarantees a minimum stress on the protected IC.
