The SY20808E1is an ultra-low RDS(ON), 3A low loss power distribution switch. It operates over an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V. It has a current limit to protect the power source from overcurrent and short-circuit conditions. The SY20808E1/E2 incorporates soft-start, overtemperature protection and reverse blocking functions.
The OCB open-drain fault indicator can be used to signal the event to a system host.
The device is available in a standard SOT23-5 package.
