The SY20818 is a programmable current limit switch with output voltage clamping. Extremely low RDS(ON) of the integrated protection N-channel FET helps to reduce power loss during normal operation. The programmable soft-start time controls the slew rate of the output voltage during the start-up time.
The SY20818 is available in a compact QFN 2mm×2mm-9pin package.
