SY22647A is a 4-channel output, high efficiency, 11V-55V wide input voltage range synchronous step-down DC-DC constant current controller targeting at RGBW color mixing and dimming applications. The device operates at a programmable hysteresis control to achieve an accurate constant current without the design of loop compensation while achieve very flexible control with each string of LED current. High resolution PWM dimming is achieved by shunt FET PWM driver and PWM signal input from wireless module.
The device integrates high current main switch and synchronous switch driver to minimize the switch loss. With thermal-enhanced TSSOP24E package, the device can handle power dissipation more efficiently for LED driver design.
