SY23433 is a single stage Flyback regulator targeting at Constant Current/Constant Voltage (CC/CV) high input voltage applications. It integrates a 900V MOSFET to decrease physical volume. Both the output current and voltage are sensed by primary side signal process. SY23433 operates quasi-resonant mode and adaptive PWM/PFM control for highest average efficiency. In addition, SY23433 integrates fast internal HV start up circuit to minimize no-load loss and external components. Input voltage OVP function has been integrated in SY23433 to protect converter from high voltage breakdown.
